Driving Range:
Find out your personal success rhythm. Try different swing speeds and see the effect on your ball flight. Due to our experience it often helps to slow down the backswing to fasten the downswing.
Listen to your success rhythm every day for 5 minutes for 4 weeks – your body will remember how to move.
Equipment:
Go and see your Pro or Clubfitter to check if you are using the right shaft for your swing rhythm. Make sure you get a flight scope or trackman measurement.
Warm-up:
Listen to your Favourite Golf Sound in the car on the way to the Driving Range. This will improve your timing.
Mental Game:
Listen to your Favourite Golf Sound and imagine you are hitting great shots on the course
Course Management:
Play with the RhythmTrainer on the course and check if you are able to keep your rhythm.
